“Molly was an excellent trainer throughout the Care Certificate training. She was knowledgeable, approachable, and explained everything clearly, making the learning easy to understand. Molly encouraged participation and created a positive and supportive learning environment. Her guidance and feedback helped build my confidence and understanding of the care standards.
