The senior staff at Haslington Lodge found the training very informative, which has equipped them with the clinical and management skills needed to be able to assist with additional responsibilities whilst delivery a high standard of person centered care.

I felt really supported by my trainer. She was able to answer any questions that I had either on the day of training or after the session had finished.

The trainer was very good. He explained everything clearly and was very approachable. The course was 2 days, first day face to face and the second day over zoom. He made it interesting and created a great atmosphere.

The achievement of the Wombwell Hall team is not only a personal triumph for the individuals involved in CHAPS but also a collective success that will benefit residents, their families, and the broader community by raising the standards of care and support available at the home. CHAPS has enabled the team to provide more nursing support to the RGN's and are now trained to pick up elements that free up the nurses.

From the booking and organisational perspective, Emma was very efficient - she provided various different date options and was clear in terms of her instructions and what she needed & when by. When following up with my colleagues, the Care Home Managers were generally happy - there was one issue that we had to raise, but once Emma was aware of it, I believe that was dealt with & resolved the item quickly.

The Diabetes Medication Classroom Competency Level 3 program was an exceptional learning experience. It provided a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of diabetes medications, making it a valuable resource for anyone involved in diabetic care. The program delved deeply into various diabetes medications, including insulin and oral medications. It effectively explained their mechanisms of action, appropriate use cases, and potential side effects. This Level 3 curriculum ensured a thorough grasp beyond basic knowledge. The information was presented in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand manner. Even complex topics were effectively explained, making them accessible to learners with varying backgrounds. It emphasised the practical application of the knowledge gained. It included real-world scenarios and case studies, allowing participants to see how medication is used effectively in managing diabetes. It included a well-designed assessment to ensure participants grasped the key concepts. This focus on Level 3 competency makes it a strong program for building confidence in applying the knowledge. I'd also like to extend a special thanks to Tata, the program trainer. His expertise in diabetes medications and engaging teaching style made the learning experience truly exceptional. Tata presented complex information in a clear and concise manner, and his patience with questions ensured everyone grasped the material thoroughly. Tata's passion for diabetes education was contagious and made the program all the more impactful. Overall, I would highly recommend Diabetes Medication Classroom Competency Level 3 program with Caring for anyone seeking a comprehensive and practical understanding of diabetes medications. It is an excellent resource for social care professionals, caregivers, and anyone who wants to learn more about managing diabetes effectively. I wholeheartedly recommend Caring for Care and I will be certainly using them again to deliver training to me and my colleagues

We recently had Epilepsy training which covered administration of emergency meds both buccal and rectal, VNS, types of epilepsy how this can present in customers, Craig the trainer was extremely knowledgeable and delivered the training to meet our bespoke specific needs, he spent extra time with staff who had not completed the training before, he ensured the training was interesting and interactive and did not leave until he was assured that all of the attendees were competent and confident through the appropriate competencies, to recognise and respond effectively to any customers having an epileptic seizure.
