“The two plants were received safely, when I originally placed my order I thought it was for one plant so as it was two they were rather small but looked healthy and undamaged in transit.”

“Splendid.. fast service and a healthy plant 🌵 The cutting was a bit wonky, as in it came up vertical and then went of at angle but it adds to the charm in my opinion. Will use again 😄”

“I purchased this rose as a memorial present. I am extremely disappointed in this plant. While the packaging was as the photo on your website. The plant looked like something you would purchase from the reduced section in a garden center as passed it's best. I have attached a photo of the actual rose.”

“The rose is lovely and healthy. My only disappointment was that it came without a card to say what rose it was and I was giving it as a gift, specifically because the name was meaningful. If you don't do info cards as standard, perhaps it could have been an additional option.”

“Hi just received my dead twig absolutely disgusted how can you send this and expect anyone to pay for it, I want a full refund for my purchase and won't be shopping with your company again plush the postagei paid, I have enclosed a photo of what you advertise for £11 with postage and what I recieved a half dead plant. “My order was not delivered. I investigated its whereabouts and had no success using the tracking number given through the carrier Royal Mail as given by you. Needless to say I will not be using your company again nor recommend it to anyone!”

“I ordered a lemon tree to be sent as a present for a relative very late one evening. I hadn't heard of the company before so checked our the reviews as an after thought. Some reviews were appalling so I was concerned that I had been mislead. However, it couldn't have been further from the truth as my relative received a lovely plant as described including the separate pot and hessian gift wrap. She is thrilled and although it is fairly small it is a proper grafted plant and very healthy. I will use this company again without hesitation”

“Speedy delivery and the plants have arrived in good order. I would cut back half a star as none of the roses have any buds on them, but they look very healthy and robust so hope they will grow new flowers once they settle in my garden.”

“The birthday rose arrived with soil everywhere; on the gift bag, on the bow, and all over the inside of the box. Despite paying for ‘no plastic’ option, I ended up using a plastic bag to replace the biodegradable bag sent with the rose as it wasn't big enough to hold all the soil. All in all I was disappointed in the quality of the packaging and the after sales service was poor; being busy is a weak excuse. I gave up with them in the end because it was too much of a pain.”
