“The birthday rose arrived with soil everywhere; on the gift bag, on the bow, and all over the inside of the box. Despite paying for ‘no plastic’ option, I ended up using a plastic bag to replace the biodegradable bag sent with the rose as it wasn't big enough to hold all the soil. All in all I was disappointed in the quality of the packaging and the after sales service was poor; being busy is a weak excuse. I gave up with them in the end because it was too much of a pain.”

“I received my two Mallow plants twq days ago and they appear fairly heathy and have taken to their positions very well having had a good soaking overnight after planting. I would certainly recommend your Company although delivery was somewhat delayed probably due to availablity of this type of plant. Thanks again, David Jollife.”

“Very please with the size of my rose and its health , the only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because would gave preferred a proper plant label in the pot rather than a stuck on paper one over the plastic wrapper . Other than that preference, all good .”

“Excellent supply and delivery of moss on this occasion. Delivery came promptly and quality of the moss was excellent. Moreover, unlike any other company supplying moss, the quantity and price point were very reasonable. The product arrived in a way that made planting incredibly easy. Will definitely use Carbeth again.”
