“I received the plant and was very disappointed, it was very small and looked very unhealthy, I might as well gone down to my local garden centre and got one for £6.”

“Ordered Ruby Red Rose to be delivered to England for a Ruby Wedding anniversary. Placed order seamlessly on Thursday and rose was delivered by Royal Mail the following day. Was kept fully informed of delivery by email. Thank you”

“Plant arrived in reasonable condition, given the absence of protective wrapping. However, it was wrong / not the item I ordered. After attempts at telephone contact failed, I emailed Carbeth and subsequently received an email simply stating refund was issued - without reference to / acknowledgement of the error mor instructions for returning the plant. I immediately arranged Royal Mail return. But, it took another email to Carbeth / few days to clarify return / collection. Now, one week after RM confirmed delivery, I'm still awaiting word / confirmation of when the cost I incurred to return their plant will be refunded. Given the error originated at their end, I shouldn't be expected to absorb the costs of return - and ultimately end up out-of-pocket for a plant I didn't order and returned in better condition than it arrived.”

“I found the rose I was looking for and ordered online, I was pleased my order was processed, as in Northern Ireland, since Brexit, many companies do not send to NI I received a lovely package with the potted rose inside well packed, and the enclosed free plant food pellets that fell out ,made me smile...will definitely order again... 5 star service so far...”

“The rose arrived in a nice sturdy box and the plant itself was wrapped in plastic to keep the moisture in, I loved the hessian sack and the lovely red ribbon, my fried was overjoyed with it, thank you”

“I have received 5 plants, 2 rosemary plants which were in very bad way, the weren’t watered and they were on the edge of dying, the other 3 were ok but quite small what I expected, not as per the website images. I will not be ordering again.”

“Plants arrived Ok; but I paid extra 50p for "no plastic" packaging, an absolute rip-off! Plants were in plastic pots just wrapped in biodegradable carrier bags. Not good value foe paying extra and very misleading.”
