“The 2 Diamond anniversary roses were delivered to my sister in law and her husband, and received with great satisfaction. We look forward to them flowering. Photo will be sent to us as we live over 500 miles apart, and unable to visit as we are all in our 80's. Thank you for your service, it was handled with kindness. Regards Vivian”

“I purchased 2 items - a grape vine and 12 strawberry plants. The grape vine was fine but the strawberry plants arrived in poor condition. I did contact you but was told to give them a few weeks to recover. They arrived dead and are still dead. I have replaced them with plants from a local garden centre”

“As you know the first order of strawberrys you sent me were dreadful not one germinated the replacements you seent me were much better, all but 2 germinated well If you trying to improve your customer satisfaction check the stock before you send them out I gave you 4 stars with the way dealt with the complaint Thankyou Tony”

“Asparagus bare-rooted crowns were good condition and strong looking plants. Unfortunately they were left for 2 days in my woodstore, with no note through the door, so I hadn't realised they'd been delivered - but that is the delivery person's fault, not Carbeth. I would suggest that the ordering screen is confusing. It is headed 'Asparagus Crowns Mixed Variety' and goes on to tell you about 3 different varieties. I thought I was ordering 9 crowns, 3 of each variety - but only 9 of Gijnlim turned up. When I checked what i'd ordered, I had ordered 9 of just Gijnlim, so the delivery was correct. However, the way the screen and menu are laid out and operate it is very confusing. I suggest this is improved.”

“A need for the package to be signed for, meant the plant ultimately arrived two days late. Not ideal as a birthday gift. An option to leave the delivery on the doorstep or nominated safe place should be possible. Amazon and DPD offer this.”
