Very disapointed on opening the sealed box
one part of the catus was lying out of container I managed to get a bigger pot more soil and replanted the catus plants

I ordered moss in November and it never arrived. I sent Carbeth Plants several emails and they told me to reject the order when it finally arrived inorder to get a refund. I did so and I am still waiting for the refund . Very poor customer service and it’s only £30 and they have lost me as a customer and I have told everyone about this appalling customer service.

I strongly recommend a review of your systems and procedures. This order had to be cancelled due to unavailability of the plant, in spite of it being ordered over a week before the requested delivery date. Communications with Robyn, on ordering and paying, were excellent. Thereafter it all fell apart. I suggest you read e mails. A refund was provided immediately, and and recieved a day later.

I have not seen the plant as it was a gift. However for the excellent service received from picking plant to getting it to our friends before Christmas was fantastic, hopefully they can enjoy many years watching their Camellia garden plant grow.
