“The 3 roses in one, only 1 of them was in flower & it was a wild rose, there was no mention of that possibility. Also one had black spot already! Not happy. Customer service none existent! Basically it’s tough, could send back for a refund but would have to pay the postage myself, as it’s heavy wouldn’t have been much left of the refund! Definitely would not recommend”

“The rose I brought for my sisters 70th Birthday didn't look like the picture and wasn't presented with the gift wrap like it did online it was very disappointed,but when I complained about it you sorted it out very quickly thank you for that I will be buying from you again and I hope I don't get the same problem .”

“Lovely lemon tree plant and the hessian made it that little bit more Special for a gift. Arrived very quickly. The only negative is that I requested a message. It was typed on a label and stuck to the Carbeth business card (and not straight !). Spoilt the look and I’m glad I didn’t have it sent directly to the recipient.”

“I have just taken delivery of two magnificent gardenia plants and they are absolutely beautiful and in perfect condition - beautifully but simply packed so have travelled the length of GB without a problem. This is my second order from Carbeth ... I got two ballerina roses a few weeks ago which are thriving and flowering wonderfully, having also arrived in perfect condition. I’m not much of a gardener so it is very reassuring to have plants in perfect condition to start with and buying online can be disappointing - to say the least. I have bought plants from about 10 different websites over the past few years and Carbeths are far and away the best by a country mile!”

“Arrived today. Most of the leaves have been eaten by something. Not very confident that they will survive. Prunus Kojo-no-mai. Will update if they recover. Tried to upload photos several times but your website kept saying couldn't upload one of your files.”
