“Fantastic experience with Carberh plants. I needed plants to be delivered within 24 hours from ordering to delivery. My order arrived by 12 noon nexr day as promised. Plants were packaged well and all arrived healthy and without even one bit of compost out of place. Absolutely exceptional service. Brilliant!! Many thanks.”

“I was tempted to get a young Bay Tree by an ad in a magazine for a small one, but put off by the £38 price tag, so did some research online. This resulted in ordering from Carbeth Plants and the extremely well-rooted and established specimen for only £9.99 — including postage — was amazing. It was delivered quickly all the way to me near Bristol and I cannot recommend Carbeth highly enough!”

“Very very dissapointed with the plants that were delivered. Unlike your competitors plants they arrived without leaves or flowers, cut back as if it was November. Terrible customer service, I cannot speak to anyone, I have sent 2 emails and photographs still nothing from you These plants were not as advertised and did not look like the photographs you displayed. This is a case for the saleof goods act and I will be taking this further.”
