“My Xmas is a healthy tree but it is a bizarre shape. Not really suitable as a Xmas tree. It was planted in the pot on one side and as a consequence it grew at a strange angle. Really quite disappointing. I have had to disguise the weird shape with lots of decorations.”

“Worst Christmas tree I have ever had. Needles falling from the day it arrived and some branches virtually bare after only a week. Tree not straight and branches have been cut back unevenly. Will definitely not be buying from nor recommending your company again. Total waste of £45.00”

“First time customer but first impression was no a postive one, the plant was in a very poor state the sort you find on a bargain almost dead trolley that most garden centers have. However I contacted you and hopefully now things have been sorted out.”

“I recently purchased a Christmas tree from your store, and I am extremely disappointed with the product I received. The tree arrived in terrible condition—it was dry, and the needles were falling off in large quantities. Additionally, the tree was crooked and unstable and kept tipping over. To make matters worse after decorating it and setting it up in my home, it fell, causing a huge mess and breaking several valuable ornaments (as shown in the attached pictures). It is truly appalling that such a poor-quality product was sold for such a high price! I am completely dissatisfied with this purchase. Never again!”
