“Past orders with Carbeth have been excellent. But recent order is a little worrying. The Monstera, though small, arrived in excellent condition, but it is difficult to tell whether the hosts pots even contain plants as there are no signs of even died back foliage. I am reluctant to unpot them to check the roots. Hopefully I may be able to give better feedback in the spring.”

Thank you for your feedback. The hostas you received are currently in their natural dormant phase, which means they won’t show foliage until spring. This is completely normal for winter-dispatched hosta crowns. We’re confident they’ll begin producing fresh growth as the weather warms, and we’re always here to help if you have any concerns in the meantime. “Sadly and despite 4+ emails requesting you to contact me, (that you've failed to do), i can only report negatively.
My wallflowers arrived as 2 bags of black slime stinky roots as per photographs, the soggy box and stench alerted the delivery man and then us to a 'death'. However, i now think the 'wallflowers' were crab apple bare roots.
I've tried to contact you for my money to be refunded under the 'sale of goods act', I'm loathe to request new ones due to your poor lack of response.
I also tried to contact you over an earlier payment/ for crab apple hedging, as my landlord has changed his mind on 2nd access to my property.
Under the 'S of G act i have 14 days but you never answer.
Please refund both purchase amounts .
