“Ordered tricolour christmas cactus through B&Q. Unfortunately the lack of packaging for the distance the package came virtually all buds on one plant had fallen off and very few left on second plant. Very disappointed as purchased for christmas present. Decent sized plants and healthy just no flowers for christmas!!!! No response from posted trust pilot review. Photos won't upload???”

“On receipt, the Christmas tree was very tightly packed (netting and polythene). Having removed this and then letting the tree settle outside, I then found half a dozen branches had broken or partially boken off. The pot was also split and TBH seems on the small side for the tree size (4 feet). I was surprised that no information was included with it regards what to do on receipt, watering, repotting for the future etc. For now, I'm hoping that repotting it after Christmas and giving it time to then recover and establish itself for next year will be the best approach. However, overall, a disappointing purchase in terms of quality and value for money.”

“For the first time ever, disappointed with my latest order of a white Christmas cactus! Very small and spindly,most flower buds knocked off due to lack of packaging. Was going to be a present but I'll have to keep it for myself.”

“Unfortunately the plant was packaged badly and the plant was very dry, and out of the pot , the plant was for my mum aged 104 and she was very disappointed at her Christmas gift. Unfortunately I don’t have any photos as she lives in Dorset ( I live in Norfolk) and doesn’t have a phone with a camera”

“Ordered a Lemon Tree as a gift for my daughter in law who adores Lemons. Paid a little extra for hessian wrap and plant treatment. Couldn't believe it when it arrived, great packaging and it looks extremely healthy and lush. It actually has a Lemon grown on it already. She will love this as it's a Christmas gift. Brilliant service and if you see something you like order it Carbeth Plants are fabulous. Thank you so much.”
