“Very badly packed. All 3 pots/plants on their sides and soil had come out. I had to re-pot them all. I paid for "No plastic". The pot wrapper was compostable but the pots were normal plastic! Mis-description??”

“Ordered some kindling and paid extra for plastic free packaging. The delivery was a day late & the boxes were covered in plastic tape which was disappointing as many companies seem to have switched to a plastic free tape. Kindling is decent quality though.”

“Although my little plants looked a bit sad on arrival, were a bit battered by the Royal Mail, when I transplanted them in to bigger pots, they quickly recovered and within 24 hours I had beautiful aromatic (mint) healthy plants. I am very pleased with them. Thank you Carbeth. Yet again you have delivered an excellent horticultural experience. 😉”

“After two delivery notifications, the plant didn't arrive at the address it should have done. I am still waiting for an update on when my lovely friend based in Northern Island will receive the plant I ordered her in memory of her grandmother who sadly passed away.”
