“I love my Hoya from Carbeth Plants. The only thing I would suggest is that it be packed a bit better than it was. It lost two leaves in transit but was in good condition apart from that.”

“It's a shame we can't leave ZERO stars. An elderly couple purchased pond plants for their daughter's Christmas present (I am the daughter). Goods apparently sent 14th December, no tracking number provided. We are now January 9th and still no plants..... an email requesting a refund was responded to with "your parcel is on its way" and blaming Royal Mail's tracking system.. Not good enough. Even if the plants were to arrive, they would be dead by now! Two telephone numbers give recorded message stating message box full, you can't leave a message. Absolute disgrace! You are in contravention of the sale of goods act 1979, Distance selling regulations and WILL be reported to Trading Standards.”

“I received my plant but a bit concerned as the flower bud was very bent over because box was a little short ... I shall have to reserve judgement as to whether this affects the flower. It was a present for my mums 96th Birthday so hopefully it will be OK. Just disappointed.”

“Whilst the plant was very dusty it was just what I wanted and came very quickly . It was a good size and well packed .However , there was no hessian wrapping or golden bow .”
