“After going to Euro car parts to collect to my surprise there was no product in the box. After sorting thidvout with manager and head office for a replacement I then I find out its not the right fitment then when the manager looks into it I'm told that they don't stock this item even though it days you have it on your web site. Absolutely discraceful”

“I bought a Transit battery online for collection the following day from my local Euro Car Parts. The price was very competitive and it came with a three year guarantee. The only items I would be reluctant to buy are items like starter motors and other electrical items as the returns process can be very slow which will result in a vehicle being off the road for some time.”
