“Actually got no problem ordering from the website problem I had was with there store which is in Acocks Green B27 Birmingham. When I went to collect the item it was handed to me with missing one of the part. On questioning was told yes it is missing. One of the guy gave me none branded which I wasn't impressed with. Couldn't get the branded part which comes with the original one so ended up get the refund. Don't trust Acocks Green branch staff always trying to swap your branded stuff that you paid for with cheap stuff”

“8 spark plugs and 2 coil packs ordered, all wrapped and sent individually. Courier lost one of the packages which were stupidly all sent individually. Turned up late. Useless and not impressed”

“They canceled my oil but sent filters. I had to cancel the service at the garage. I ordered via Ebay 2 days delivery. I did not take over the filters, I sent them back. I am now dealing with the return of the money. This has happened to me twice. Unreliable company”
