“Very poor service. Nobody in shop. Keep calling for 30min untill somone finaly came out from back to issue pre-ordered item. And its not first time i experiance that kind of service.As well very unfriendly service guy. I don't expect much but feel very unwelcome. Wonder how guy would feel if he was served like i was. Regret that i order anything.”

“Ordered arrived with item missing and box ripped open rang and explained was told branch had lost it would order a new one and would be deliver next day nothing arrived rang again said it would be deliver the next day didn’t arrive finally arrived on the Monday evening, I know mistakes happen but communication is very long east to go to eurocarparts and collect it”
