“Price for glow plugs was spot on, I did click and collect shame the picked parts were incorrect (1 number different) when I complained to the online site they weren't helpful just said if you don't want them take them back with the invoice for a full refund.”

“I placed an online order for car parts with the intention of collecting them from the store, anticipating a more efficient process. Upon arriving at the store, I experienced an unexpected delay of over 20 minutes, during which I waited for someone to bring out items that were supposed to be readily available for pickup. Despite having called the store a couple of hours earlier and receiving assurance that my order was ready, I encountered the longest wait I have experienced at EurocarParts. This proved frustrating, as the click-and-collect function led me to believe the process would be expedited.”
