“Good purchasing experience - got the correct parts at a good price. Arrived at the collection point at the specified time only to find an item wasn't there so had to return the next day. Would be good to get an email so you know the whole order is ready to collect (like Screwfix and others)”

“So very helpful. I needed a battery for my car and ordered on line, then drove to Orpington (large shop) to collect it. Staff were very pleasant, no delay at all, the chap even came from behind the counter to open the exit door for me (I was carrying it) as I left. I was both impressed and grateful. I will certainly use this company in the future. Many thanks to all concerned.”

“They are part of euro car parts you have to check both sites to get good deals to make sure you are not paying more than you have to as they both have reduced the amount of discount code that give out”

“Best online car parts company I have found. Recently bought brake discs and pads for my Honda Civic. Considerably cheaper than eurocarparts which is ironic as the local branch was the designated pick up point. Not sure how that works 🤔”

“Wrong Fuel Filter was listed against my car. Took the part, removed the old one, the realised that it is the wrong one. Fitted the old, came back for replacement and then back to mechanic. A bit of a hassle for me”
