“Good value for money and have used them quite a few times but unfortunately the last time I purchased items when I went to collect them the garage had cancelled my order with no explanation and when I reordered items some were out of stock thus forcing me to buy more expensive parts .”

“The goods were fine, price competitive after the discount code applied (why do you do this?) but member of staff at collection desk was unhelpful and left my wife (in her 60s) to struggle with a heavy car battery despite her asking if it was heavy (hint: it would be appreciated if some assistance carrying it to the car was offered).”
