“Poor. Never informed me when my delivery was due even though providing the phone number was mandatory! When I phoned to ask for an update I was told that it would arrive by 6:30pm the same day. The parts didn't arrive so I phoned again the following day and was told it would come on the second day. It did arrive on the second day.”

“They're OK. Some of the stuff is now cheaper on amazon. E.g. 4L castrol edge 5w30 LL is about £30 on amazon, and cp4less is way more than that. I rarely get stuff from this or ECP. They cornered thr market then hiked the price up for everything. Also over the years parts availability has been lacking. Maybe its my older car but before you could get practically anything you needed from ecp/cp4less, now they just seem to sell very very common parts and anything a bit obscure you have to go to dealer for.”

“Excellent service, for click and collect, and I purchased the Karcher 2 Home for a very competitive price. I only deducted a star as it was not clear from the website that they operated under the name Europarts. This made it slightly more difficult for me to locate their unit, for collection.”
