“Wanted a performance air filter for son's Toyota GT86. Seemed best price I could get one from was Carparts4less for a K&N replacement Element. Ordered online and paid £1.99 to click and collect from my local Eurocarparts in Grantham. Got a text telling me it was there, called in and picked it up easy enough, invoice waiting with the filter. FItted in next to no time. Filter is good, gives an increase in throttle response, and a bit more noise. Extra performance is felt above 5000k rpm, revs more freely. Son is happy with the purchase.”

“Ordered and paid for my part, including a collection charge, called to collect on the day suggested and the part hadn't arrived! Told to come back in 2 days, still it hadn't arrived, went back again 2 days later as suggested and it still hadn't arrived. The shop assistant re-order the part again as he couldn't explain why it hadn't arrived and told me it would be in in 2 more days, but still it hadn't arrived!! After 4 wasted journeys I asked for my money back and was told I had to come back again as the manager wasn't in to approve the refund. This whole episode has been a joke and I won't be buying from them again !!”

“Phoned and got part number that was wrong as the part was about 4ft to short. Returned the item so expecting the refund shortly. The service desk in Bromsgrove was useless so slow on picking the item up and just as slow on the return. Loads of people sat out the back on the phones but nobody interested in who’s out in the shop front. If you want all internet and phone sales then why have a front shop?”
