“Save yourself £2 have your stuff delivered for free (over £25) if you choose to collect it they charge £2 "collection charge" So let Car Parts 4 Less waste their time and money delivering. I have never before seen such a mad business model.”

“I ordered and paid for a thermostat sensor which was ordered in error, it was for my Jaguar X Type. I cancelled my order as soon as I realised my mistake! A refund was quickly processed and paid promptly back into my bank account.”

“Item delivered as stated and exactly what we needed. It was also cheaper (marginally) than a reconditioned part from another provider. My only criticism is the amount of e mails I have received since placing the order - constant advertising! Didn't really want to unsubscribe but it's just too much.”

“Worst customer service. They sent the incorrect product and arranged their own courier to collect but two weeks on I’m still waiting for my refund since they can’t locate what DPD have done with the parcel. Wrong product sent by a incompetent picker and staff that are incompetent that can’t be bothered to process a refund for a mistake that’s not mine. Just complete robot service. Don’t waste your time. Buy somewhere else.”
