“Was handed over my order at the EuroCarParts counter and delivered them to the garage carrying out the work. Garage told me I had ordered the wrong parts as the discs didn’t fit. Spent half a day driving round motor factors finding someone who had the discs in and delivered them back to the garage. When returning the apparent ‘wrong parts’ the guy at the counter told me they had given me a different part to what I had ordered when collecting. The apology I got was a £5 voucher from customer services… Half a day of mine wasted and wasn’t even my fault.”
