“I showed my phone to the young man behind the counter to read my order number as I was speaking to another person in the shop. He muttered something about ''I'm not mindreader'' and walk into the rear to get my item. He was obviosly having a bad day? I was too busy to be bothered with his sulkyness.”

“Sorry to leave a bad review but my experience was utterly dire. Went to euro car parts Aberdeen to collect with a queue of over 10 people which took 45 minutes to get to the front of. My order took 1 minute to get. Lost all confidence.”
