“Wrong parts, had to pay for the right ones in full and wait for a refund. I was over charged £30 for new parts as advisor said my discount code wouldn't apply. I checked and it did so I was told to buy again and wait for another refund. Never again”

“Placed my order on a weekend and my confirmation said they order would be ready for collection by the following Wednesday. I was unable to collect until the following Sunday. When I went to collect the 6 items I was told that one of the items hadn't arrived and would be in on the Monday. I was surprised that assistant went on to tell me that the air filter hadn't come in but would be available at 930 the following morning. I had made a special journey to collect the items as the service was booked in for the Tuesday, I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was no one available but Luke would be there the next day when I collected the air filter. When I went to collect I asked to speak to Luke but was told that he was on annual leave and there was no one else available. The guy promised that Luke would call me as soon as he was back in store. I am still waiting for the call.”

“Great now you can pick up from Euro Car Parts the next day so no waiting or costs for delivery. Worth comparing with ECP prices before purchasing as they are sometimes cheaper.”

“I have been shopping at this place for a number of years and always assumed that their products are competitively priced. But while every now and again they offer discount codes, I have found products still cheaper else where! In future I will be more careful about what I purchase but will still use them IF they are the cheapest!! One last thing is that they have a sister site called euro car parts where the prices are different and yet you pick up the parts from this site if collecting from euro car parts. Rather confusing to have 2 sites with different prices and belonging to the same parent company.”

“Ordered items on 28th of June, still not recieved them over 10 days later. I have contacted the courier (Evri) 4 times and spoke to Sheila from Carparts4less. Still no order delivered. Still no further forward getting it resolved!”

“2nd time I've bought wheel trims from Car Parts 4 Less. Having replaced my older car with one that had different size wheels I had no hesitation ordering from this supplier. Trims were as described and pictured, came with instructions and cable ties for security. Perfect.”
