“Happy with the product- excellent price, but being a first time collector I went and stood where other people were waiting to collect goods not realising I had to go into the shop first. Maybe a sign in the collection bit "Have you been into the shop to register your attendance?" Or something along those lines as I stood waiting for ages before I was told where to go.”
