“The driver was distracted and took the wrong part of the order. It's good that I noticed in time. I had to call and get the driver back.”

“The box that the wipers were in was damaged badly and looked like something heavy had been put on top. Had to check the wipers to make sure they were not damaged. On top of that did a click & collect and Europarts in Isleworth kept me waiting 25 minutes just for a click & collect. From start to finish horrible service from carparts 4 less. Will not be using them again.”

“Very poor service. Ordered parts on 2 July and still not recieved on 14th July. Rented a ramp to service my vehicle and still no parts delivered. Unless I am compensated or discounted for my costs, I will not be using them again.”

“Ordered service parts for my wife's fiesta, everything was ok until trying to fit the cabin filter, which was wrong. Had to go back to euro car parts to swap it for the correct one.”

“Ordered numerous service bits for my car but unfortunately 2 of the items were missing when delivered (1 litre bottle of oil & cabin filter). Phoned up customer service guys who were really helpful (I believe his name was Sean) he said he would contact the branch to get the missing items sent out, the next day the oil arrived which was great but still no cabin filter. Contacted customer service again (Sean) and he arranged for the missing remaining item to be sent out directly and it finally arrived a couple of days later. Overall I found your customer service side really good & helpful but definitely room for improvement when picking customers orders, luckily I didn’t need the missing parts straight away but if I did it would of been more of an inconvenience.”

“I ordered items for my car. The items that were sent were for other makes and models of car so didn't fit. The member of the staff at the collection point was kind enough to swap them for some correct items they had in stock. Had I had items delivered to my address rather than collection point, I'd probably be still trying to resolve this now.”
