“Ordered and paid for a coil pack and 4 spark plugs for collection 2 days later. All was showing in stock at the time of ordering. Went 2 days later and the coil pack wasn't in stock. I understand if there was a stock file error, but surely this should have been noticed when the order was placed and the part ordered in so it was in stock when I collected 2 days later? Really annoying as I had travelled 10 miles to collect it. I was told the next nearest branch (20 miles away) had 1 in stock. Asked the assistant if he could phone to check if it was definitely in stock and he said he couldn't. I was then refunded the amount which meant I then had to spend another £100 at the other branch so was £100 short until the refund credited. In total, a 20 mile trip turned into a 50 mile trip.”

“Very helpful customer service team, but disappointing experience. Only half order arrived (after a very long delay). Refunded for other half, but when wanted a matching set it’s been more hassle than the good price made it worth. Shame.”
