“Ordered my parts online I wasn't happy with the 1.99 pick up charge but I needed the parts,so i went ahead, I phoned the branch not 5 minutes later to cancel the order as my partner had come home from work with the parts I needed. It took them 4days to return the money to me minus the 1.99 pick up charge! When I rang to find out why the phone was put down on me Great customer service. NOT! I will never use this company again or any of my 5 brothers & sisters and would not recommend to any of my friends. Rip off”

“Only 1 stars I ordered a part for my car its cost was £29.90...then I was stiffed for £14.95 for delivery in 3-4 days + vat total cost £44.85 that's a 50% increase...next day delivery was £5.95...they call a radiator a large over sizeď parcel ??... but the kicker is it was the wrong one after I asked 3 times if it was the right one for the model of car!! I had to order a second rad and was charged for both...so beware you have been told!!!!!”

“Good service. Right parts delivered. Pity about having to to spend £30 for free delivery as it used to be only 15. This means if the items are the same price on Amazon you g et t it’s free delivery no matter the spend.”

“The product I ordered fell apart on first use. I was refunded but I had to travel to the depot twice. After paying the £1.99 collection fee I think this should have been refunded. It wasn’t. I shall think twice about using them again”

“Always worried about buying non original OEM Parts and it’s best to do your research first before buying non OEM. Having said that, I did my research and bought with more confidence. The parts came on time, were exactly what I ordered and the biggest worry of whether they fitted was soon alleviated as they worked perfectly, saving a small fortune.”

“Absolutely useless what are Euro parts sister site and clearly cheaper orders online 3×4 different parts every time the wrong part recently sent back wiper motor which was also wrong delivery never turned up hence leaving me on afternoons wages short this was Monday and still have not received a refund it is not remedied in the next three days I shall be taking this to my solicitor absolute joke of a website customer service useless .”

“Purchased oil from above company with free delivery locally , but not for up to 3 days , when I called the 0203 number I was told.. if you don’t want to wait come and pick it up yourself.. asked where shop was and he said do you know where Eurocarparts shop is that’s us ..??.. your not CarParts4less then .. No ..oil was on shelf .. “ waiting “ for a van to become free , 2days later despite 4 / 5 parked up outside . Then I tried to buy from CarParts4less snow foam priced at £13.29 .. £2.50 cheaper than anywhere else go to same shop .. £15.99 mate .. showed kid the online price of £13.29 .. he said ..not here not us ..so I call Carparts and ask can I collect myself .. yes £13.29 ..plus £1.99 collection charge .??..for refusing FREE Delivery and actually going there myself .. for Christ’s sake EuroCarParts4less.co.uk .. or whatever your trading name is this week sort yourselves out .. I may only be 1 customer but need you to be honest because even without the help of the internet word of mouth carries LOUD , with the help of the internet honest speaking Car Owner Forums are read by thousands of motorists looking for recommendations and Keen prices and not only do they read lots they ask questions constantly .”
