“Got the wrong timing belt. Even though I used vehicle reg number. And customer service was not helpful at all all they offered was to arrange a refund, and refund money in 14 days. So I am still not able to use my car until I get a refund and order a correct timing belt. Very disappointing.”

“Put my reg no in. Ordered the wiper blades for my car, received 1 new and 1 resealed opened box. Wrong blades sent out, don't fit. so completely useless to me”

“The discs I ordered were correct but it wasn't until I'd managed to remove the wheel and get the pads out,the pads you told me I needed were the wrong ones. I had to re build it, and drive back to swap. Apparently according to staff the ones you said I needed weren't even for my car. Even though I'd entered my reg number. Was £40 more expensive too!”
