“Brought brake pads front & rear. Went to mechanic, so time fuel etc to find out they wasn't the ones..So instead if saving, I'm now out of pocket and waiting for funds to come back ..Cost of living .etc ! Wait for money to go back in my account ( need car cause of my mobility!!)”

“I order online, delivery service. But unfortunately they don't give me delivery. When I contact customer service they told me already items collected, 😑. How to delivery items collected? When I'm going to euro shop collect my items man on checkout don't say sorry . It's very awful service”

“Handbrake shoes, box had been opened and the friction surface was greasy on all parts. Obviously they had been out to someone before and returned. Therfore not new anymore, to be fair the lad on the counter when I collected them offered to change them but I was stuck without them so I had to take them or the job would've taken even longer.”
