“I ordered a windscreen wiper for my car by inputting my vrm. When I received notice it was available for collection I picked it up on my way to Manchester. I arrived at my destination and went to fit the wiper only to find it was too small & the wrong fitment.”

“I have now had 2 new headlight units for a Transit Custom from you. Both were to replace a damaged unit for an MOT. Both have failed the test, the first because the tester (at a Ford main dealer) could not adjust the full beam to correct tolerances. I then changed the unit and am currently in the dealership where they are now putting on a genuine Ford headlight. The second one from you failed again on a flickering driving light and the indicator would not work. !!!”

“Recently the brought the meguiars ultimate paint care kit from them and what a bargain buy! I looked at the meguiars ultimate paint care kit online and places like amazon and halfords where asking for £56 and then I came across car parts 4 less and the meguiars ultimate paint care kit was around £6 cheaper so I ordered it. 2 days later the meguiars ultimate paint care kit was at my collection point. When I opened the meguiars ultimate paint care kit I was surprised what came in the kit, car shampoo, cutting compound, polish, clay bar, wax, polishing pads and mirco fibre clothes. The kits from amazon and halfords are pretty basic compared with the one I brought from car parts 4 less”

“Ordered a load of servicing parts for my car with next day collection from the local euro car parts. Got a call a couple of hours later to say everything has been picked and I can collect straightened away. Super quick, everything in stock, polite staff on collection and cheaper than anywhere else I looked at.”

“Most of the time your system works well, entering the car reg number, confirming its correct and the system offering the selection of parts that will fit you car. However, I followed this proceedure recently it failed to work, waisting time and costing me money. In short I was offered 9 batteries which were supposed to be correct but the one i purchased would not fit. This was only found out when the person fitting the battery for me dismantled parts to get to the battery and removed it only to find the new one was too long and would not fit in the battery area. So I had to take it back to your Warwick depo to have it changed for the smaller cheaper correct one, only to be told it was more expensive than the bigger one because the 20% off I received on the first one was only for online orders. So I had twice as many trips to the depo, twice the cost of fitting and zero % off...... You need to fix this soon.”

“Prices are good and the parts all fit. I picked the parts up from my euro car parts after the specified time. The salesman their asked me when I ordered it Friday Saturday last Christmas which I found in his tone to be very rude. If I had gone to buy their I would have walked out after all you are the customer.”
