“Parts are good. If you don't know the exact measurements of your parts, than you will face a lots of issues. They have same parts different make, different measurements. I talked with their customer agent for a particular product. They checked on their system and assured me 100% this product will fit. Unfortunately it didn't fit. It's wasted my time and money. Also refund a product in euro car parts store is very difficult. It's a long wait on top refund takes very long to come to your account. Product wise no complaints. Service wise very bad. Hopefully they will bounce back.”

“Ordered a new cabin filter for my VW Golf at 9:25am this morning. Delivery was quoted at 3-4 working days. Imagine my astonishment when it was hand delivered at 11:10am - 90 mins after ordering. Simply sensational service. Well done CarParts4Less 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼”

“Very very upset bought my electric screwdriver on 30th made phone calls and emails was told sorry still not got it in stock yet asked if I will definitely get one delivered was told yes then on 10th got e mail saying they canceled the order this is a terrible service why are you taking people money when you not even got the item in stock I will also be putting my thoughts on Trustpilot ? then I got sent a return request lol when I never had the item sent in first place to make it look like it’s my fault when the truth is you did not even send the item to me in first place”

“I ordered a milwaukee screw gun, it said I would receive it within 3-4 days, I ordered it two Saturdays ago, I’m an electrician by trade and the failure to deliver the product even close to on time has cost me both time and money, furthermore there was no communication and despite head office knowing they had none in stock, I had to chase up why a tool necessary for my work had not turned up even after 4 times the initial delivery time had passed”
