“Website a bit clunky and the engine oil I wanted was listed as gear oil.. But managed to get someone on the phone who confirmed that was a mistake. Prices very competitive. Worst part was the wait to collect the goods in a queue with customers needing help with obscure parts searches and only one person serving..”

“All well and good with the prices and the availability of the parts BUT an absolute DISGRACE to be charged £1.99p for me to go down to the local EuroCarParts store to collect the items I bought. I will certainly look elsewhere from now on when purchasing parts.”

“Ordered a battery on line with this Company. After giving all my details, card number etc, I was informed to collect it from a Company called Eurocarparts, AND I would have to pay £1.99 to collect it !!!! NEVER experienced a retailer who charges the customer to pay to collect an item...MADNESS”

“I have used before and generally been happy but these brake discs arrived in an obviously previously opened box with the discs dirty and stinking of old engine oil (not the protective coating). They were replaced quickly and efficiently but really surprised they sent them out in the first place in the state they were. I want to say how great the returns process was though.”

“I was looking for some EBC brake discs with some Brembo pads for my Honda CR-Z. Whilst I was able to get the rear discs direct from EBC, I was unable to get the grooved and drilled front discs without racing pads, which I didn't want. I don't want to race, I just want to stop as efficiently as possible. CarParts4Less to the rescue as they could supply the front discs, just not as a stock item. I got notified by email that they would be able to get the discs in good time. I would have bought the rear discs from them too but they were not listed. They're probably on there somewhere as the rear pads are listed for the Honda Accord as well as the CR-Z. They did then send out the pads that I had selected from their website, which surprised me a bit as the order arrived by courier without the discs. I then emailed them to see if the discs were missing or delayed. I got a swift reply that the discs would be coming later, which they did within a few days. I have had all the parts fitted at the garage, with no reported issues, everything was compatible and I am currently running in the new parts, which requires that the new pads wear flat against the discs for a 100 miles or so to get full contact. In conclusion then, the prices were good for quality parts and the email response was fast and polite. I would buy from them again.”
