“Easy to find the item I wanted, and it was at a very competitive price. Some of the other parts sites that present as UK sites (.co.uk domain names) are actually not in the UK, but this one is. The part I ordered was despatched promptly, well packed and safely received. The only reason I am docking a star is postage, which is confusing. I got the impression, initially, that postage was free over £30. On the checkout, I saw a £3.95 at one point. OK, so my item (a rear light cluster for a BMW Z4) is quite bulky, that's fair enough. However, when I put in my full address, which is a 'normal' address just outside Amersham, Bucks, the postage zoomed up to £14.95. I know, from posting EBay items as a private individual, that this is way too expensive. Having said that, the start price of the item was very good, they often have 15%+ off promotions, so I would still buy from them again. Just feel the site should be clearer, earlier in the ordering process, what the postage will actually be. There, got that one off my chest!”
