“Decent part supplier, but you get charged for collection, which to me is a bit cheeky as you have to got a store to collect, when it free delivery if you spend over 40 quid”

“Good - the facility to be emailed when out-of-stock parts come back in stock Good - price and collection service from a Euro Car Parts branch (but not sure why there is a collection charge?) Extremely bad - ridiculously extended wait times on the phone (45+ minutes) and the impossibility of then actually getting an answer to a technical parts query from customer service!”
