“Easy to order on the CP4L website, and arrange collection next day at my local ECP store. Online experience was faultless, only to be let down by a que of 10+ being served by one single cashier in store meaning almost 30min wait to collect the item.”

“Placed order on 7 July with all parts in stock - received order on 12 July with a note 2 spark plugs to follow. Today 18 July as I write this review I am still waiting for delivery. Why accept the order when stock is not available? I should of orded the spark on Ebay for the same price and would to been delivered within 48 hours.”

“4 stars would have been 5, bad handling by courier dented the bottom edge of filler tin but thankfully hadn’t split. But good service otherwise.”

“In the pass I would have given them 5 star but this time a handling fee of £2 was added to the final payment because I was picking the order up locally. I would have thought that because it’s costing me in fuel to pick it up Europarts (same company) I shouldn’t be penalised. 😞😡”

“Surprised and pleased at how quickly tow bar bike rack arrived, and the price was the lowest online. Box looked like customs had had a good look in it and holes were heavily taped up but the rack was unmarked and perfect”

“Bit strange euros didnt have the part required but car parts 4 less did but had to pick up the part from euro’s but arrived on time and was able to pick up both orders at the same time and same place so all good”
