“Unfortunately the original part (window regulator) I ordered was delivered without an expected motor, which was clearly identified identified on your website as being so at a bargain price of £89, as it was Black Friday ! Having spotted this I returned the now unwanted part back to your car parts depot here in Bristol, where a very helpful and sympathetic staff member proceeded to assist me, by ordering the part again, this time definitely with a motor fitted. Unfortunately for me as it was being ordered at your depot on my behalf, I was not allowed any discount what so ever and had to pay £159.99 instead. The part is now fitted and working as expected.”
