“Overall a good service, wrong brake discs were supplied, but the telephone sales team were helpful. When collecting the replacement discs the member of staff at Europarts was very difficult refusing to give me the new discs, refusing to speak to the telephone sales team in the next room, he gave the worst customer service I can recall getting from any business. I ended up phoning the sales team in the next room, and one of them came through and gave me the brake discs.”

“Poor customer service. Got an email stating my order was collected, but no notification when it was ready so I didn't collect it. Waiting 3 weeks for customer service to respond. Only update received is that they followed up with a branch.”

“I purchased a car battery on line! Unfortunately it was more dead than the battery I was replacing, I went to the shop to return it, they were full of excuses why it was my fault it was dead, they then asked me to return home and take a photo of my old battery! I told them that was impractical as I lived to far. I asked them to check the battery that's when they agreed to replace it. Very unprofessional”

“After inputting my registration, I was offered only the one choice of rear (inner) brake hoses for my Prius Gen 3, which were Pagid. On collection from my local Euro Car Parts, I realised that each had different ports; the hose for the left side accepted inverted/double flare pipe ends but the other for the right side accepted bubble or DIN flare pipe ends. I took them back and questioned the difference. The guy did what I did, put my reg in and said that the hoses were correct for my car. I showed him the ends and he agreed it was unlikely that any vehicle would have different pipe connections, left and right. Just in case that it was a rogue hose, he ordered another which arrived later that day which was also wrong. He ordered 2 more from HQ which came the day after, also wrong. I gave them back and went to Toyota. In every other respect, the hoses were correct; hose length and thread type. Only the port on the right side hose was for a different pipe flare than what the car had. If I hadn't looked in there, I could have fitted them, then what would have happened?”

“Needed to replace the battery on my wife's wee Honda jazz. I did the order on line just put in car registration number, battery was found, collected the following day. You girl who served me even put the battery in my vehicle because I was struggling after stomach operation. Great service thanks”

“I ordered an alternator for my Volvo XC60. Found the item on the website dead easy. Delivery to my local pickup point would be from 9am the next day. Payment and subsequent collection was faultless as was the return of the old alternator. Definitely recommend.”
