“Excellent product, just what I wanted and very reasonable”

“I ordered two bras, one of which was perfect but the other didn't fit right. I returned the second, asking if it could please be exchanged for another of the first, but in a different colour. I received no reply but had an e-mail a few days later to say the money was being paid into my account. I have had no correspondence at all from the company. I think it would have been appropriate for them to at least e-mail me with a response and telling me of their intention to repay the money for the second bra. Can't fault the service though as they arrived quickly and the bra I have kept is really lovely and a great fit.”

“These bras are the most comfortable I have ever worn. I've washed them and they remain comfy and keep their shape and hold. Very pleased with them. On buying more in different colours I mistakenly ordered the wrong ones. I immediately canceled the order. It was dealt with efficiently and with no quibbles on the part of the seller. Polite and pleasant communication.”
