“I thought service was prompt and efficient. I was not aware from the product description online that the briefs were shapewear until I cut the labels off and because I had cut the labels off I didn't feel I could send them back. I wasn't clear as to why the labels had already been cut in half before being sent, it suggests that maybe the reduction was due to them being possibly seconds although this wasn't clear one way or the other. I really liked the briefs I had purchased in the past better because they were elasticated on the leg, but as said, I didn't feel I could send them back because I had removed the labels which was my fault. I didn't want my name submitted but this option didn't work.”

“We are returning customers our initial purchases were exelent. Subsequent orders not so good on fitting and had to be returned. When about to throw our original purchases away when eventually they wore out we noticed a code number after a reorder of this code all is well againe Thank you. Please ensure all of your products are codedd this makes for an easy reorder of suitable well fitting products. Thanks againe for you excellent service and products. Lorraine”

“Although l did not keep my ordered item the quality was good, but l really needed a petite size which l am sorry to say you do not do. The speed of my refund was excellent. Thank you. I would order from you again.”

“Pity you didn’t do 24/26, good length of sleeve and body length,could do it a little deeper neck line as it shows under a sweater. Very cosy and warm.”

“Nightie was as described, warm but not too fleecy. Would like the sizing to have been a 16/18 but sizing is 14/16 or 18/20 so have ordered the larger one. Will be a nice gift for my mother.”
