“Both nightshirts I bought are good. Nice fit across the shoulders but a little tight over the hips I feel if I went for the next size up it would be too big at the top. The fabric used is of good quality.”

“Wanted a dressing gown to take into hospital. It is very light in weight and lovely to feel. Not sure how warm it will be, but that's not usually a problem in hospitals.”

“I've bought this to my husband, his size is L, but unfortunately L didn't fit him properly his legs and arms is not totally covered by it, which is a shame because I got rid of the papers before him realising that so it's too late to change for a bigger one, apart from the size that doesn't go right with the usual ones, the item is nicer than I expected, it's warm and fluffy!”

“i have just literally posted back the garment i purchased it is really nice but could do with being a bit longer in the leg so i am swapping it for the next size.Your instructions were very clear and I think it was hassle free and generous that you pay the return postage.Hopefully i will get the right thing soon. The only annoying bit was not your or my fault ....I requested put behind gates you had got that instruction on the package but dear Royal Mail took it back to their sorting office so I had to go through all that annoying collection process!!! JUST SAW YOU GIVING 10% OFF NEXT ORDER for completing this ARE YOU ABLE TO TAKE IT OFF THIS RE PURCHASE??”

“Delivery quick but to wrong address billing address not delivery, could not change it after payment sent email asking them to send to correct address but no was despatched to billing address 40 mile drive each way to collect not impresses and can't find a way to correct the addresses online, not happy customer but product good”

“I am delighted with the bra that I purchased - I used to buy from a shop in a retail outlet and was very sad that it closed, as the fitting service was excellent. The prices are always very good and the garments well made. I do, however find the website difficult and had to telephone about the same style being in different colours. They were unable to tell me when the other colour would be available, which was disappointing, as I wanted new for my holiday. I have been trying for about two years to replace the same model, in my size, that I used to buy.”
