“Nightdresses were a tad skimpy round the waist area but the material is so soft that they are very comfortable to wear. Compared to the nightdresses I had from you before they are a lot longer too.”

“I have been buying Camille products for many, many years now; originally from Frazers in Swindon then on line following the shops closure again many years ago. They are very reliable sending goods out promptly and products are well made and last well. Sadly this year I had to return two products due to a sizing issue which we were unfortunately unable to resolve due to the manufacturing process being moved to another location/country and the sizing had changed too much. I was able to keep one item which fitted as previous purchases but it looks as though I will have to find another supplier in due course. I would like to compliment Camille Customer Services on their prompt attention to my problem and although we were unable to resolve the issue they did send out two alternative products which unfortunately were still not the same fit as previous purchases but they dealt with the matter very efficiently and I received my refund direct to my account within one week of returning the items.”

“Have never purchased from this company before. My order arrive quickly, and I am delighted with my purchase of a new dressing gown. It fits well, and I love the colour. However, far too many loose threads in the inside of the garment. I am unsure about cutting them off as one of them goes round the whole of the inside of the gown.”

“The pyjamas I bought to replace original simikar Camille ones are lovely, however seem tight on waistband so i am having to insert looser elastic which involves a fair bit of work, since the elastic is sewn in all the way.”
