“Sorry but I've never owned knickers which can't be tumble dried so didn't think to even look at the instructions. 3 pairs of brand new now ruined as they have shrunk so much! Would not buy again”

“On purchasing a diff colour (pink) to my first one (blue) the fabric gave off the most awful smell of old sweat, very strong, i really could not wear it, washed it and its better, but that was something i should not have had to do, very disapointed.”

“Though material feels soft but one pocket was loose. Can't be bothered to return but the sewing was really poor”

“Bought a bed jacket. I think it is very badly made. The pockets have these weird flaps inside them. The seams are not straight. If this was outer wear I would have returned it. This shop is not for me”

“I have written an email to you last week. I have not heard back. The fern nighty has a hole under the arm. I washed them as they smelled terrible before wearing them they seem to have shrunk. I’m going to try and ring tomorrow as had not had an acknowledgement of my emailing”

“Disappointed with order and returned both items. I bought a size 10-12 cotton polka dot Camille nightdress in a store several months ago and have been very happy with it so decided to buy 2 nightdresses. 1. LX25357B SL arrived neatly wrapped in white tissue paper, without the original packaging. It is at least 2 inches smaller than the nightdress I own although marked as the same size. 2. LX23309 SL was exactly the same size as my current one, therefore bigger than LX25357B SL. Unfortunately I cannot wear the material type.”

“Quality is good but paid for next day delivery and it came the day after Also item was a lot shorter than I expected. It’s warm and is nice material but for the cost I wouldn’t buy again Update 12.01 - great customer service - refunded the cost of the delivery as it was a website mistake.”
