“Very quick and high quality print and bound. Probably my own fault, but I did not realise it was printed in size A5. I just assumed it would be A4 to make it as clear as possible. The A5 is a little small to read.”

“The Leica Q2 manual was pretty much as I'd expected: an A5 printed B&W reproduction of Leica's online pdf outlining the scope of its Q2. Except it isn't, in the sense that its page numbers do not accord with the page numbers of the pdf I'd already downloaded. Also what little colour there is in the pdf is very useful, but with colour's absence, the diagrams become problematic. It's tolerable, though. I'd suppose also, had colour been employed I'd've expected an outrageously appropriate Leica cost too. I liked the ring binder which makes flipping its pages, and lie flat, a breeze. As I'm not comfortable reading or browsing e-books, this paper manual is meant for me.”

“Manuals printed but a few of the pages were a bit 'mucky' although the details weren't obscured to the extent of not being able to read them. Nicely spiral bound in two volumes owing to the number of pages. Delivered promptly and properly packaged. Overall a useful service as easier to deal with when setting up a camera rather then trawling through an online version of the manual.”

“I now have a complete manual, which was quicker than I expected, so much easier than having to go through various hoops to get to the required make and model, it is a bit of a faff to fill in the various fields to make the payment, but one has to be careful with one's cash, overall I am very satisfied with the manual, since it covers everything.”

“All good except the "Instrucion Manual" was forced in with the Help Guide and as a result it wire binding was crushed and bent. It is not in danger of falling apart.”

“Hardly any camera or similar manufcturer today provides a printed manual, it's a pdf file download. To have a company print and bind the manual at reasonable cost is a great benefit to those of us who like the printed word. The manual that I purchased was very good, clearly printed and neatly bound. It will see a lot of service. However, the printing is monochrome when the downloaded file includes colour that highlights and enhances many of the instructions. Unfortunately there did not appear to be an option to have a colour print even at extra cost so drop one star. Nevertheless the service from OTC was fast and otherwise first class. I commend their service.”

“The quality of the reproduction images of one of the two repair manuals (Voigtlander VF101) that I ordered was insufficient. Reproduction of a reproduction of a reproduction, etc. Therefore of limited use. The repair manual of Agfa selectronic S was OK. Fast delivery and well packaged. Still nice because both manuals are not available anywhere.”

“Could have done with the next size up binder as it makes it hard to fold the book in half without damaging some of the pages. Apart from that it is absolutely perfect and makes it a lot easier to refer forward and backward pages compared to viewing a PDF of a monitor screen.”
