“I have never received my manual. I sent an email to the company with the order number asking if the manual had been sent. No response. I have used this company many times and the product has always been excellent but this time---my money has been wasted. Very, very disappointed.”

“It is so much easier to find the capabilities of one’s camera from a printed manual than from a screen. This manual is clearly printed and a joy to use.”

“The text is very faint, and as it is so small it is very hard to read. If it were my laser printer I would replace the toner cartridge.”
