“Having purchased a camera that did not have a manual I looked at the possibilities of obtaining one. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could have a manual printed for me. I find this much better than trawling through pages on the computer. To me it is a lot easier to reference an actual book.”

“My order was dealt with promptly and I was kept informed regularly of what stage my order was at. The manual was just what I needed, spiral bound and with an acetate cover and was well packed. I can’t say that the delivery was prompt but that is hardly your fault and I put it down the fact that I’m in New Zealand and Covid-19 has overstretched the postal services. I will certainly use your service again and will highly recommend it.”

“I am 70 with 70 year-old eyes and the current trend in camera manual printing is small. I have a Nikon D3300 DSLR unit and its manual is five and three quarters of an inch by three and a half inches --small and I must often resort to magnifying glasses to read it. OTC's printed manual reads easily and, being spiral bound, lays flat. What more could one want?”

“I can't believe these people want my review. I ordered my manual on 5/19 . On 6/11 I was notified it was shipped to the wrong address. On 6/12 notified it wasn't shipped to the wrong address. Later that day notified it was shipped 6/12 . I got it on 6/22, I had to wait one month and three days to learn how to operate my camera !!!!”

Hello We had 2 customers on the same day order from us . Your surname is Wells and the other customer was Walls. We are down to one person in the office and very busy all I can say is yes I made a mistake in emailing you and I am sorry . We use Royal mail for posting and at this moment in time the whole world is impacted by covid 19 virus and the post has been moving slower than normal through the system. Unfortunately once the order enters the postal system we have no control over the delivery normally this would of taken 7-10 working days to reach the USA.
