“It is nicely done, but for the size of it, the print is very small. I could do better than that with the manual on my phone, or iPad Mini. Frankly, If it were not for the distance and hassle involved in international shipments, I would have returned it.”

“The book is the right size and it covers the (many) features of the Sony RX-100 Model 2 in great detail. The print, however, is faint and the print size is tiny. I can look up topics in the handbook, but I need a magnifying glass yo do so”

Hello We are a separate company to Sony and can only print what they have made available on their website. The text size is down to how the PDF was made. To increase the text size we can print in A4 size if you would like this then please email us. REgards Julie

“The Booklet contains many pages most only a quarter written ,and every page has a thee line reference to the source Sony Notes on Use base. Having said that and accepting no page index you can find most of the information from which to operate your camera. I did not receive an advised C.D. with my purchased and requested information on this ,but no reply to date.”

“The manual for the Fuji W1 3D camera is a necessity since there are many "hidden" features. Unfortunately, the organization of the material lends itself less to a printed format and more to an active or computer display. This permits jumping directly to the information needed rather than paging forward and backward. Also, the printing is very light making it difficult to read in low light. I do not think this is a fault of OTC, but is the way the PDF file is formatted. I have other OTC manuals which are much darker and easier to read.”

“This manual does the job. However disappointed that though the advert showed a colour cover, the printed copy was in black and white. How much extra would it have cost to print the cover of the Norisound booklet in colour?”

Hello I am sorry we can only print in black and white. colour copying is 3 to 4 times more expensive. Regards Julie

“Two days after my order they sent me an email saying my manual had been printed and would be posted within 12 hours. A day (or two) later they emailed asking me which manual I wanted (so, no it hadn't been posted). Then, they claimed that the one I ordered and asked for in my 2 reply emails had a number of verisons. No, it doesn't. The model number distinguishes it from other versions and it was that model number I needed. Then, they sent me the wrong manual - one of the other model numbers. The manual I got is available free online and I had downloaded it to my iPad a week prior. I sent another email asking for a refund and was told to put the manual in the post and return and then I would receive a refund. I packaged it up, and wrote a letter requesting a refund. I then received an email from a different person before I posted it, saying my refund was being processed. They still want the manual back but 'there's no rush'. Confusion from start to finish. I got a 2 star service (perhaps less) but I've given 3 due to the change of heart over the refund. I won't be using them again.”

Hello I am sorry but we simply printed and sent what the manufacture make available on their website. For the LG TV manual we sent this was all the manufacturer had.

“I ordered manuals/info pieces on two separate cameras/lenses. The articles on the Werra camera have arrived but I'm still waiting for those on the Agfa Ambi Silette, so these comments pertain only to the Werra items. One item was copied well with good legibility but the other was very poor with little detail discernable in the photos in the article. This was a disappointment.”

Hello The test reports you ordered are dated from 1962 and 1959 and both these tests were held on our microfiche film. Taking copies from a film of that age is not the best and what we sent are the best we can supply. Regards Julie

Hello I have looked into this and can see you placed an order on the 30th may must of been a problem as the order only had Postage and packing we emailed you at the time and explained this and refunded you for this order.Please check through your junk folder for the email we sent. The order was cancelled and refund and an email sent.

“After ordering a manual and waiting 10 days (I live in the US), I received the wrong manual. Emailed OTC of the error that day and received a response the following day indicating that they were correcting the error. Ten days later, I received the correct manual. Thus the grade of "acceptable" as the initial order was fulfilled incorrectly, but the response to correct correct the situation was as should be expected.”

“The print was very faint. Might be a result of the source material. Need a magnifying glass to read it but at least I have a manual now that was received very quickly after ordering.”

Sorry to hear this. The manual is 46 years old! We will re-send printed twice the size (at no charge) and hope this helps.

“I purchased a document on The Thornton Pickard shutters, the front page is page 5? I'm not sure if its a poor copy or a poor print but the tops of some words are missing, making it difficult to read. I have excellent eyesight but I have difficulty reading most of the text without a magnifying glass, the third page (Page 7) is particularly difficult to read and a number of others are similar in that the text fades from light and fuzzy to bold across the page.”

I'm sorry to hear this. Please bear in mind that this document is from 1897!! Not 1997, but 1897, so the quality is likely to be poor. We will re-send it printed twice the size (at no charge). This may help

I'm sorry about quality issues, but this manual is 40 years old and it's the best we can do.
