“My order came in and the quality was good. It was as it was advertised to be. I was pleased with the product. My only issue was the time it took to get to me which is due to customs hold up as this is an international shipment. Other than that issue, very pleased with the product.”

“Manual was well printed, clear and sharp. I really liked the spiral binding so the open manual lies flat. Took a little longer to get here but I am well satisfied and would buy from them again.”

“Very Complete, not easy to use for an 86- year- old to master, and requires a knowledge of computers and software to get anywhere with it. However, I will survive but not as easily as I had hoped. This of course not your fault, my weakness I am afraid.”

“The requested manual was provided as expected. Delivery time to my address in the USA was almost three weeks, which reflects perhaps the stretched mail service from UK and in the US. I did not have tracking information and was relieved when it finally arrived. Thank you!”

“The manual itself is excellent; however, the wire binding did not serve its purpose as it should (pages would not turn properly). After removing the pages from the wire binding, trimming the edges with paper cutter, and punching holes in pages, I transferred manual to a 3-ring binder, making it a functional manual.”

“The printed manual is excellent. Just what I need. One star off due to punched holes on back cover too near the edge causing back cover coming detached and unable to be used again on first use. All else perfect. Delivery to Australia good, received in good order and condition in the time frame quoted. Thank you Suggest a firmer back and front cover such as hard plastic.”

“Excellent manual and just what I wanted. Only issue was that a single page must have been misaligned during binding and so doesn’t have holes in the right place. Otherwise would have been 5*”
